We were staying at the Kelowna inn suites and saw Ricky's across the street. It is nice and clean inside and the staff is friendly. The veggie omelette was top notch and came with hash browns. I recommend getting their stuffed hash-browns for a little extra. They put sour cream bacon and some veggies inside. They are absolutely amazing.

Soup: Salty like it was made from seawater.
Blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo: I honestly think this was grilled chicken tossed into "flavour shaker" salt after cooking to see what it could pick up. Edible because the sauce (premade, I assume) wasn't salty.
Mac & cheese: It has to be pretty salted for a 12 year old not to eat it.
No effort to check on us, no effort at the end to fix anything.
What a mistake we made going here. -

I go here often for a good dinner, as the food is always in good quality and tasty. The staff is very attentive and friendly, always checking in and making sure you enjoy your experience. It's always clean in there, and there are lots of places to be seated at. I've never had any issues in the many times I've been at this place.
The only real takeaway is that the service is typically slow. Just prepare for a wait. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this place. -

Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. Terrible food, sub par service. As an added treat the meal came with a side of food poisoning.
